This enables a multitude of virtual functions that give our customers new and absolute added value when using the app:Order in the app:The customer conveniently orders his articles for a selected branch to pick up in the app. The order is transmitted in real time directly to the cash register of the respective branch and acknowledged in the app. The customer receives a digital pick-up voucher in the app. With this, the pick-up is also recorded digitally and automatically and displayed in real time in the app (status: picked up). Thanks to a special fast lane in our branches, customers can avoid annoying waiting times for collectors. Thanks to the direct connection to the cash register, the app also shows which items are available. You can only order what is available in the branch via the automatic comparison with the inventory management system.The interactive and digital customer card:It shows the scores for loyalty campaigns in real time. When making purchases in the branches, the digital customer card is recorded contactless and the new points are displayed live in the app.- Electronic top-up of card credit. The customer can top up his card balance anywhere and anytime directly in the app (through PayPal and all connected payment methods). The credit is updated live and in real time in the app and immediately after each purchase.
